Privacy Notice

This notice explains what SORZIA collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

We collect only what a reading and a mailing list actually require:

Contact details — your name and email address, given when you request early access.
Question details — the area of life you select and the question you write, if you choose to include one.
Birth details — date, time and place of birth, and your full name as written. These are requested only when your reading is being prepared, never on the public form.
Google sign-in identity — if you sign in with Google to use Premium Kundali, we receive your Google account's stable identifier, verified email address, display name and profile picture from Google. We verify this directly with Google; we never see your Google password. This creates your permanent SORZIA ID, which is what identifies your account going forward — not your email address, so it stays yours even if you later change your email.
Premium Kundali generation records — when you generate a Premium Kundali, we log the request (report reference, birthplace as entered and as resolved to coordinates for the calculation, language chosen, and whether it succeeded) against your SORZIA ID, so you can see your own report history and we can diagnose failures. The birthplace coordinates recorded here are for astrological calculation only — we do not request or collect your device's GPS location.
Basic technical data — your IP address and the time of submission, recorded with form submissions to prevent abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your reading.
To contact you about early access and to send insight letters, if you consented.
To create and maintain your SORZIA ID, keep you signed in, and show you your own Premium Kundali history.
To monitor Premium Kundali service health and cost, in aggregate — a small number of authorised staff can review detailed generation records for support and quality purposes; this data is never made public.
To protect the form from automated abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions from this website are stored on our hosting account, in a directory that is not publicly readable. Email is held with our email provider. Access is limited to the people preparing readings.

How long we keep it

Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Birth details and question records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support your reading, and are removed on request. Your Google sign-in identity and SORZIA ID are kept for as long as your account exists. The detailed birth-data fields in a Premium Kundali generation record (name, date of birth, birth time, birthplace) are automatically cleared a limited number of days after generation; the fact that a generation happened, its outcome, and its report reference are kept longer for account history and service statistics.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email, or by writing to us. To make a request, email hello@sorzia.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If you interact with a question chip, your choice is stored temporarily in your own browser (session storage) so the early-access form can open already pointed at that topic. It is cleared when you close the tab and never sent to us on its own. If you sign in to Premium Kundali, we set one strictly necessary session cookie so you stay signed in; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. If you would prefer no third-party requests at all, the fonts can be self-hosted — see the README included with this site.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell subscribers by email.
